Basic information such as general condition, location, serial number, price, spare parts available, photos of the machine, head tests and an operational video is highly recommended.

Yes! Wildcat Imaging, LLC does not finance directly, but we can present you with several leasing options both for domestic and international customers.

If you are an international client your machine will likely be shipped by ocean in a container. If you are a domestic client or are accessible by a US land border, your machine will be shipped by truck.
Air freight is almost always an option, however not normally cost effective.

We do recommend a crate, but do offer other less expensive packing options.

Yes! We highly recommend inspecting the machine before purchase. We can also arrange a technician to inspect the machine on your behalf. Please see our services page for details.

Yes! If the machine is other than described in the listing, your deposit will be returned less any transfer fees.

Wildcat Imaging, LLC has been importing and exporting equipment all over the world for the last 15 years. We provide all the required documentation you will need to clear your shipment through customs.

Absolutely! It is not an overly expensive option and is well worth it in the rare case that the machine is damaged in transit.

Yes! We have an extensive network of technicians who will travel to your site to install the machine and offer training if needed. Please see our services page for details.
